Welcome to Pimco. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pimco mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Pimco, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app—though we think you'll find what follows fair and straightforward.

What Pimco Is (And Isn't)

Pimco is an interactive detective quest powered by AI. You investigate cases, question characters, and shape outcomes through natural conversation. The experience is built on text-based AI generation, which means:

• Content is dynamic. Responses vary based on your input, so no two investigations unfold identically.
• AI isn't perfect. While we've trained our systems to deliver coherent, engaging narratives, occasional quirks or unexpected outputs may occur. That's part of the experimental nature of conversational AI.
• It's fiction. All cases, characters, and scenarios are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental.

Your License to Play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pimco for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means:

• You can't resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
• You can't use it to train competing AI models or scrape data.
• You can share screenshots or discuss your experience publicly (we encourage it!), but bulk extraction of content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users (e.g., attempting to exploit vulnerabilities).

How We Use AI (And What That Means for You)

Pimco relies on third-party AI services to generate case dialogue and narrative branches. Here's what happens when you send a message:

• Your input is processed. We send your text to our AI partners to generate responses tailored to your investigation.
• Context is maintained. Your conversation history within a case is temporarily stored to keep the story coherent.
• Data isn't shared for training. Unless explicitly anonymized and aggregated, your inputs aren't used to train external models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Content Disclaimer: AI-generated responses may occasionally include unexpected or inappropriate content despite our safeguards. If you encounter something offensive or broken, please report it to us at mail@clover-life-properties.com.

User Conduct: What We Expect

Pimco is designed for solo detective work, but your behavior still matters. By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to circumvent security features or access restricted areas.
• Inject malicious code, spam, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the app for illegal purposes (e.g., planning actual crimes—we're a game, not a criminal consultancy).
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers with automated requests or excessive API calls.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and we'll cooperate with law enforcement if required.

Intellectual Property: Who Owns What

We own Pimco. All app code, design, branding, and curated case content (the four featured mysteries, UI elements, etc.) are our intellectual property. You can't copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

You own your input. The questions you ask and theories you propose remain yours. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that input for gameplay purposes (e.g., generating AI responses).

AI-generated content is shared. Narratives created by the AI during your investigations are co-created through the interaction between your prompts and our systems. While you can share these publicly (screenshots, summaries), we retain the right to use anonymized excerpts for marketing or improvement purposes.

Third-Party Services

Pimco integrates tools like Singular (analytics), OneSignal (notifications), and AI text generation APIs. These services operate under their own terms, which you should review:

• We don't control third-party platforms and aren't liable for their actions.
• Data shared with these services is governed by our Privacy Policy and their own.
• If a third-party service fails (e.g., AI provider outage), Pimco's functionality may be temporarily affected.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees: Pimco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for reliability, but we can't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Content Accuracy: Cases are fictional and may contain historical inaccuracies, speculative science, or dramatic liberties. Don't use Pimco as a factual reference.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pimco. This includes data loss, device issues, or dissatisfaction with narrative outcomes (though we hope that never happens).

Age Requirements

Pimco is intended for users aged 12 and older due to mature themes (murder, psychological tension, etc.). If you're under 18, please get parental consent before using the app. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13—see our Privacy Policy for details.

Updates and Changes

We may update Pimco to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may:

• Require you to accept new Terms.
• Introduce paid features or in-app purchases (though the core experience remains free).
• Modify or remove existing content (e.g., retiring a case to make room for new ones).

We'll notify you of major changes via in-app alerts or email (if you've opted in). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You can stop using Pimco anytime by uninstalling the app. We can terminate or suspend your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We discontinue the Service (we'll provide reasonable notice).
• Legal or regulatory requirements compel us to do so.

Upon termination, your license ends, but provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution survive.

Dispute Resolution
